SHS Group once again receives top marks for climate-friendly supply chain commitment
SHS – Stahl-Holding-Saar (SHS) with the companies Dillinger and Saarstahl once again achieves the highest rating of the international climate protection organization CDP in the area of “Supplier Engagement” – and thus belongs to the prestigious A-List again in 2025.
SHS was already among the "CDP Supplier Engagement Leaders" in 2024. This renewed recognition confirms the SHS Group's ongoing commitment to climate protection along its supply chain.
By including suppliers in its A-List, CDP primarily recognizes their strategic integration into climate protection measures, as well as the transparency and effectiveness of these activities. The rating is internationally recognized as an important benchmark for sustainable supply chain management and corporate climate action.
The renewed top rating reflects SHS's comprehensive sustainability approach, which traditionally takes responsibility for present and future generations of employees and stakeholders and is currently driving forward one of the largest decarbonization projects in Europe with the transformation project "Power4Steel".
This award joins a list of other top ratings from CDP: The SHS Group has also been repeatedly awarded a place on the A-List for its commitment to climate protection strategy & target setting (“CDP Climate Change”).
